Your Day is Made

Your day is hectic..

You oversleep, and as you’re running out the door you spill your coffee down your shirt as you jump into your car. Not only has your day started off bad, it’s gotten worse and it’s not even 9 AM, but you don’t have to accept that your day has gone down the drain into a hopeless spiral of bad luck.

Now your day is made!

You can choose to still go on with your day with a positive attitude and celebrate the small victories. Don’t allow little mistakes to ruin your entire day; there’s still time to end the day on a positive note!

Make those plans!

Make a good lunch plan, eat something healthy that day, and treat your body nice! If you haven’t grabbed food from your favorite lunch spot, go there or ask a friend to meet you. There’s nothing like chatting about life and laughing with your friends over lunch.

Plan to work out after work or school. Make yourself feel productive by actually going on that afternoon run or yoga class. Making healthy choices will automatically make you feel good and rewarded.

Self care for you!

When you go home, immediately take a shower and jump into your favorite pajamas, kick your feet up, turn on your favorite show, and eat some popcorn. Before you go to bed, put on a facemask and paint your nails. Small ways to pamper yourself go a long way. By allowing yourself that time to relax, you’ll  feel accomplished and boost your overall mood.

Stop putting it off!

Instead of scrolling on your phone before bed, read that book that’s been sitting on your nightstand for the longest time. In order to feel more on top of things make a plan for the next day and the rest of the week. Set your alarm to get up 15 minutes earlier so that you can have a slow morning and prepare for the day ahead.

These tiny changes and rituals will not only make you feel extremely productive but it will set you up for a wonderful week and your life will feel like it’s coming together!
