  • Keep moving

Ensuring regular physical activity shouldn’t feel like a chore, and getting 30 minutes of exercise on most weekdays is good enough. Consider breaking it into two or three bouts of exercise each day. For instance, you can take a 10-minute walk in the morning, after lunch, and another after supper. You can also make it two; 15 minutes of physical activity in the morning and the evening after dinner. This routine can make exercising much easier for even the busiest individuals. Additionally, incorporating red light panels into your exercise routine can help enhance recovery and reduce muscle soreness.

  • Prioritize preventive care

Preventive care can significantly prolong your lifespan since it helps you to detect problems early and treat them more effectively. For example, research published by the National Center for Biotechnology Information reports that individuals diagnosed with lung cancer at 50 lose approximately 30 years of their remaining lives. Experts encourage getting regular checks with the doctor to help with this. For example, visit any oncology center or specialist for early detection and successful treatment of cancer. Other preventative care you should consider includes routine vaccinations and screening, diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol tests.

  • Sleep more

A siesta is common in many regions of the world, and new research suggests that sleeping more can help you live longer. According to the New York Times, people who sleep eight hours each night were 12% less likely to die within six years than those who got less sleep. Sleep lowers your risks of developing heart-related diseases by lowering stress chemicals to benefit your health in several ways.

  • Eat right

People who follow a Mediterranean diet have been shown to live healthier and longer. A healthy diet should include plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, whole-grain foods, and olive oil. Healthy eating has numerous health benefits, including a lower risk of heart disease, stroke, obesity, and type 2 diabetes.
