Iced Matcha Latte Recipe

Do you want a refreshing and healthy drink to wake you up in the morning with? Well, a matcha latte is a perfect drink for you! With its high properties of antioxidants and other benefits such as liver, brain, and heart promotion and protection, this drink is a great way to start your day!


  • 1 tsp. matcha
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon of agave
  • 3-4 tablespoons of water
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 cup of vanilla oat milk


  1. Put your matcha in your favorite mug or mason jar
  2. Add your tablespoons of water (tap water is just fine)
  3. Put your cinnamon and agave in the matcha/water cup
  4. Give the combination a mix with your frother
  5. Include some ice cubes
  6. Fill to the top of the cup with milk
  7. Mix, put in a straw, and enjoy!
