10 New Years Goals to Have!

  1. Go to bed at the same time every day
  2. Choose a book to read once every month
  3. Make Sundays your reset day
  4. Once to twice a week do something for yourself at night
  5. Have a routine for homework or work during the week
  6. Write down 3 things you were grateful for that day each night
  7. Set your intentions for your day every morning
  8. Try and start the morning the same each time
  9. Find a new hobby
  10. Stay of your phone 20 minutes before bed


All of these are intended to bring a better, healthier, and happier version of you!
