New Music Release by Nadia Vaeh

New Music Release by Nadia Vaeh

Here’s another hit single from Nadia Vaeh! To make it even better, for the release of this song on October 28, Vaeh donated proceeds to The Trevor Project, which offers a safe space and support to the LGBTQ community.

Nadia Vaeh puts a bold and jazzy spin on her stripped down and dark hit single “1000 Cuts”. With the influences of Jane Monheit and Sara Gazarek in mind, this spirited remake brings jazz to a whole new level. Since its original release last Halloween, Nadia has used this time as a healing experience and self-love journey. “I don’t want to be so afraid to outwardly celebrate and love someone just because their gender may not fit an ideal social narrative. It’s a lot of unraveling of years of social conditioning, but this song is a big part of my healing,” explains Vaeh.” Nadia’s confidence radiates throughout the track and  her journey with becoming and accepting her true self is moving and relatable. “To not be yourself feels like a slow death by 1,000 Cuts.”

Check it out for yourself!
