For instance, depression is a common psychological disorder that results in disability. Besides, studies show that 300 million people suffer from depression worldwide. Luckily, there are several ways of combating such diseases.

  • Treatment /medication

In some instances, medication is used to treat mental disorders. However, it’s advisable to adhere to the drugs for excellent results. In case you opt for home nursing care, ensure that the nurse who comes to offer the services has adequate expertise to give the medicines in time.

  • Music

Music therapy is popular and has been used by many to combat stress and anxiety attacks. Music calms your senses while redirecting your focus from the cause of stress. As such, it’s an extraordinary stress buster.

  • Air or water therapy

Attractive surroundings and calm water is known to have an immediate impact on dealing with anxiety attacks. Therefore, go out for a walk, have some fresh air, a drink, or a refreshing shower every time you experience anxiety attacks.
