5 Things I am Thankful For

Give Thanks

Everybody starts out with a list of things they wish they could have or things they want. However, we rarely examine the depth of the things we had. You’ll understand why you needed those moments if you look at them even more closely, as I always remind myself.

The following are 5 things I am thankful for:

I am thankful for my mother.

My greatest gratitude goes to her because she gave me life. As she helped me with many things that I needed, she led me down a path that I would need for success, and she helped me become the person I am today. Having her as my role model taught me that even if you don’t have everything you want, you have what matters most.

I am thankful for my life

The best thing you can have right now is living. Many people don’t realize this. The life that God has given you, breathing in fresh air, laughing with loved ones, hanging out with friends, attending school and working are all important. The good times are too short to be sad. Make the most of them and enjoy life while you can.

I am thankful for a roof over my head

Storms and floods are causing many people to lose their homes. It may sound bad, but I’m grateful that I have a place to call home instead of those things.

I am thankful for my siblings

Despite our ups and downs, I still love them. My gratitude goes out to them for taking the time to talk to me and for loving me and themselves. They are so humble and fun when it comes to jokes and tricks.

I am thankful for my teachers

Despite our differences, I still cherish them as much as I do my family. There was no need for them to help me learn or understand anything. As a result of their desire to see us grow and develop, they help us learn. Since I have been with them since an early age, they have helped me grow mentally and physically.
