A Letter to 2022

Dear 2022,

As I come into this new year, I think about all of the events that have occurred  in 2021, COVID-19 plus the new variants, school,

extracurricular activities, drama, and new lessons learned. I hope now that I am with you, I can find myself, stay confident in my skin, learn new things, and be a better person. My past is not as cute, my mistakes are not the brightest, but you can hold the best year ahead. 2022, I do not just want you to be nice to me, but also to my peers, family, friends, teachers, and people I do not know. Let’s not forget the people who are lost and are in need of finding themselves. Please allow everyone to shine, prosper, and be who they are. Please do not allow your year to be one of the worst, because we all need a better year. It may seem like I am asking for a lot, but I will also say that I will be sure to work harder to help you make this year better by avoiding trouble and staying positive. I am so excited to work with you! Let’s have a wonderful year!

                                                                                                                                                                           Sincerely, Rachel Ari
