Going away to college is, for most people, one of the biggest changes in their life so far. While college is usually an amazing and eye-opening experience, it can be difficult to leave behind your hometown and everyone you know.

This summer can be the perfect time to take a road trip. You are likely to have freedom from many responsibilities. This can be things like studying or any ties to a particular place. Once the party is over, there is no need to feel upset. You may only see your friends (apart from online, of course) during the holidays for the next few years.
